Generally, 20 minutes in NST and CST if the result of monitoring
is normal; otherwise, stopping monitoring and requiring
immediate obstetrical treatment if the result of monitoring
is evidently positive; Monitoring continued if the result
of monitoring is equivocal until normal result. For high-risk
pregnancies, Monitoring longtime in whole delivery procedure,
especially in the second delivery procedure.
